This notice covers www.liveagentpro.com, the Live Agent Pro marketing website. Pelton Solutions LLC, a Michigan limited liability company doing business as Live Agent Pro, runs it.
It does not cover the Live Agent Pro app at app.liveagentpro.com. If you use the app as an agency, staff member or host, or if you apply to an agency through it, the app's Privacy Policy applies instead.
What we collect, and how
Ahrefs Web Analytics. Our website, liveagentpro.com, uses Ahrefs Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies, but it receives your IP address and details of your visit: the pages you view and how you arrived, your browser's language, type and screen size, and the links you click and forms you submit.
Swiftrics Analytics. The site is built on Swiftrics, a Pelton Solutions product, and Swiftrics counts visits too. For each page you view, your browser sends the page's address and the page you came from. The visit record keeps those, the kind of device (desktop, mobile or tablet), and a code made from your IP address and browser details that changes every day, so a visitor can be counted once per day without being recognized across days. The visit record does not keep your IP address itself. Visit records are deleted after two years. Swiftrics Analytics does not use cookies.
Email. The site has no forms. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and we use them to reply.
Signing up. The "Start free trial" and "Log in" buttons take you to the app at app.liveagentpro.com. Anything you enter there is covered by the app's Privacy Policy.
Cookies and storage
The website sets no cookies. Your browser may store two settings on your own device, and they are not sent to us: your language (chosen by you, or taken from your browser's language on your first visit to the homepage) and whether you prefer the light or dark theme. You can clear them in your browser at any time.
Hosting
The website is served by Swiftrics from Amazon Web Services. AWS delivers the pages through its global network, so your request may be handled by a server near you. The servers keep standard access logs, which include visitors' IP addresses and browser details, for a limited time. We use them for security, to keep the site running and to count clicks on redirected links.
What we don't do
We don't sell information about visitors, we don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we don't use analytics data to identify individual visitors.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example California, other U.S. states with privacy laws, or Brazil under the LGPD), you may have the right to ask what information we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. Email legal@peltonsolutions.com with the subject "Privacy Request". Because Swiftrics visit records hold no name, IP address or cookie, we usually can't find one visitor's records in them.
