Common questions
Does it work for Bigo Live or just TikTok?
Both. TikTok stats sync automatically via each host's own login; Bigo and other platform stats come in by CSV upload or manual entry, and everything else, pipeline, messaging, compensation, events, works the same for both.
Do I need my own WhatsApp Business number?
Yes, you connect your own Meta WhatsApp Business number, so messages come from your agency. Email works the same way: bring your own provider, or send through our managed domain.
How does the free trial work?

Can my hosts see each other's payments?
No. Hosts see their own statements and stats. Leaderboards show diamond rankings among genuine peers, scoped to the host's platform and group, and never show money.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can export your contacts to CSV at any time, including after your subscription lapses. That export route deliberately sits outside the billing gate, so it can never be held hostage.
