CSV upload or by hand
TikTok and Bigo stats come in by CSV upload with column mapping: diamonds, live minutes, valid days, new followers, battles, views and peak viewers. When you can't import them, enter a host's stats for a day by hand.
Trends built in
Delta fields compare the last two periods, so campaigns and tiers can react to "improving" or "slipping", not just totals.
Monthly statements
Diamonds, live hours, valid days and payment per host per month, visible to the host in their portal. You can also type a month's totals straight into a statement.
Write the rules once, argue never
Tiers are condition trees over the same fields campaigns use: diamonds at least X, valid days at least Y, trending up. Every statement is matched to the right tier automatically the moment it's saved. Rewards can be cash in BRL or USD, points for your rewards store, or a service, and platform-specific plans can override the agency default.
