How does the free trial work?
Register your agency, then start the 30-day trial through Stripe Checkout. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. One trial per person; a second agency under the same email goes straight to paid.
What counts as a contact?
A host or applicant record in your pipeline. Staff seats are separate and counted as team members.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade any time; limits apply from the new plan.
What happens if I cancel?
You can export your contacts to CSV even after your subscription lapses; that route deliberately sits outside the billing gate. Lapsed accounts are permanently deleted after a grace period of roughly 30 days, as our Terms describe.
Do WhatsApp messages cost extra?
You connect your own Meta WhatsApp Business number, so Meta's conversation pricing applies on your side. We don't mark it up.
