Getting started
How does the free trial work?
Register your agency, then start your 30-day trial through Stripe Checkout. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. One trial per person.
Which platforms are supported?
TikTok Live with automatic weekly stat sync via each host's own authorization, and Bigo Live (or any platform) via CSV upload or manual stats. Pipeline, messaging, compensation and events work identically for all.
Is there a setup wizard?
Yes. A first-run checklist walks a new agency through platforms, WhatsApp, forms and the first host.
What languages does it speak?
The host portal runs in English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese, per host, with a browser-language fallback.
Channels
Do I need my own WhatsApp number?
Yes, you connect your own Meta WhatsApp Business number in settings, so everything sends from your agency's identity. Delivery and read receipts flow back automatically.
What about email?
Bring your own provider (Resend, Postmark, Mailgun or SMTP) on your own domain, or send through our managed domain with replies threading back into the right conversation automatically.
Can hosts opt out of messages?
Yes, and it's enforced everywhere: singles, bulk sends and campaign audiences all honor the do-not-contact flag.
Data and security
Can other agencies see my data?
No. Every record is scoped to your agency, enforced by the framework on every query, and covered by cross-account isolation tests.
Can I get my data out?
Contacts export to CSV at any time, including after your subscription lapses. Fuller exports are available on request.
What if a host asks to be erased?
A verified erasure request anonymizes the host's identity, notes, messages and photos, while keeping de-identified financial records your agency needs for tax purposes.
Is there an audit trail?
Yes, full change history on every record, with one-click undo on most changes.
